Important information:

• Always arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• We finish the therapy at the reserved time so that the next client can start at her own time
• If you are late, the therapy will be shorter and we will finish at the pre-determined time. We will only deviate from this if no one else is following you.
• It is possible to cancel free of charge 24 hours before the start of the treatment.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged, which must be settled the next time!
• We use natural oil, so the clothes can take on this scent due to the evaporation of the skin
• The time for getting dressed is also included in the massage time.
• If the use of the steam cabin is part of the therapy, the time of the massage therapy will be 20 minutes shorter
• If you want to use the steam cabin, you should bring a change of underwear.
• Slippers are mandatory in the salon, so if you would prefer to use your own slippers rather than the ones we provide, please bring them with you.
• Of course, we provide towels for the duration of the therapy, but if you would like us to use your own towel, please bring one with you.
• Before starting the therapy, regardless of the therapist's question, always indicate if you are not feeling so well that day, if there is a change in your health.
• Always tell if you are menstruating before starting therapy.
• Please note that there are therapies where your hair will also become oily. It is worth leaving this oil on your hair. So if you are taking public transport, it is worth taking care of a scarf, hat or any kind of head covering.
